Validity of Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months. The issue date will be detailed on the voucher. You must use your voucher within the 12 month period, otherwise it will become invalid. Vouchers are non-refundable; however they are transferable and can therefore be used by anyone.

Extending your voucher
Vouchers can be extended for a further 6 months beyond the expiry date for a fee of £65.00, you must contact us to extend your voucher prior to its expiry date. Once a voucher has expired it cannot be extended.

Venues
Vouchers are valid at all the venues. Extreme Rally does not guarantee a voucher for a specific venue or date. Extreme Rally reserves the right to withdraw a featured venue without notice. If this occurs you will be offered alternative locations.

Our Operations
Extreme Rally is a mobile rally school, which operates at selected weekends only, at several locations on specific dates. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact our office at least 2 months prior to when they intend to take their course, to make themselves aware of the availability at each venue. We work on a first come, first served basis; therefore a recipient who waits until their voucher is almost expired will have less choice as to where and when they attend their course.

Restrictions: Drivers
Each driver (excluding juniors) must be in possession of a full driving licence. Each driver must present a valid voucher detailing his/her unique issue number to take part on an Extreme Rally Course.

Restrictions: Spectators
Spectators are welcome; however in the interests of safety we advise that you do not invite spectators under 10 years of age. Spectators under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a non-driving adult at all times at the relevant location, said adult will be responsible for the junior’s actions.
We make a charge for all spectators over the age of 5 years, the charges are £5.00 for a Supersprint, Mitsubishi Supercar Duo, Battle of the Thoroughbreds and Junior spectator; £7.00 for a half-day spectator; and £12.00 for a full-day spectator and include refreshments.

Descriptions
The information on each Extreme Rally Course detailed in our brochure and voucher is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of a course may change slightly during the year.

Cancellations
Once your voucher has been redeemed, you may incur cancellation charges if you cannot attend. You will incur a fee relative to the experience your were booked in to complete. For the Supersprint; Mitsubishi Supercar Duo; Battle of the Thoroughbreds; and Junior experiences the charge is £20; for half-day experiences the charge is £35; and for full-day courses the charge is £50.
In the event that you do not attend your course without giving us prior notice you will lose your booking completely.
If we need to cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you a convenient alternative date for you to attend.

Payment
Payment for the voucher is due in full at the time of purchase. Course upgrades can be paid for by the recipient at the time of voucher redemption. All major credit cards are accepted or alternatively we accept payment via cheque or bank transfer.

Vehicles
Where specific vehicles are featured, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day.

Pricing
Prices include VAT and are correct at the time of print, however we reserve the right to increase the price of any course without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place your order.

On The Day
If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the Event Manager present, so that he/she has the opportunity to put matters right. Extreme Rally has no responsibility for any property or personal effects left at the event.

Driving
Please note that in compliance with Health and Safety regulations we reserve the right to withdraw you from the vehicle and prohibit you from continuing with your experience if we, in our professional opinion, deem you to be driving unsuitably, be this recklessly and/or dangerously.
